HOW DO I REACH HILLCLIMB AFTER 12/11/20?

  • Please note after the 12/11/20 physical clinic closure, Hillclimb Chiropractic Clinic will continue to process and collect fees for services performed in 2020. Billing questions can continue to be directed to billing@hillclimbclinic.com or 206-624-3590
  • Transferring care? Signed requests for copies of medical records can be directed to:
    • Between 12/11/20-1/31/2021 signed requests for copies of medical records can be directed to info@hillclimbclinic.com
    • After 2/1/21 request for records can be ordered online at www.ordermedicalrecords.com Records will be sent via secure link email or other desire method within 72 business hours. Please note fees may apply.
