May is National Arthritis Awareness Month

Osteoarthritis (OA), also called osteoarthroses or degenerative joint disease, is the most common type of arthritis. OA is a chronic condition characterized by the breakdown of the joint’s cartilage. The breakdown of cartilage causes the bones to rub against each other, causing stiffness, pain and loss of movement in the joint.

A cornerstone of therapy of any form of arthritis is to maintain joint mobility and range of motion – just what chiropractic focuses on.

Chiropractic is a natural and proven treatment for many musculoskeletal issues and at Hillclimb Chiropractic our goal is to keep you moving well before trouble starts so that you can live better!
