National Employee Health and Fitness Day – May 19, 2010

Everyone knows good health choices and exercise affects more than just your physical well being, it also benefits your state of mind, increases your productivity and enhances self-esteem  – all of which can have a big impact in the workplace.  That is why Hillclimb Chiropractic is recognizing National Employee Health and Fitness Day by offering patients an opportunity to invite me to their office and give a one hour employee education talk on Eating Well, Moving Well and Thinking Well.

With this session, my goal is to help your company create a culture in which employees take better care of themselves, heading off lifestyle-based chronic illnesses that can lead to exorbitant costs, absenteeism and lost productivity.

For attendees, I aim to encourage co-workers to be smarter about preventative care by eating better, moving better and thinking better.  Benefits of healthier lifestyle choices include decreased stress levels, improved self-esteem and physical fitness, and reduction in the physical and mental impact of chronic health problems such as diabetes, chronic back pain and headaches.
